Other Options:

  • Fit4Mom Wilmington is also a wonderful option where you can workout WITH your kids in tow. They meet at local parks and public locations where you can bring baby or little kids in strollers while you get in a workout and join a community of moms.
  • MissionFit also came up in my searches, which has a Wilmington and Leland location. They have a “Kids Zone”, which their website mentions is a unsuprivised area for kids 5+.
